We put a lot of focus on the real people we're designing and creating solutions for. A lot of places say they do human-centric work, but when you dig into it the end users’ goals get lost or deprioritized. 1848V is different because the success of our users and customers is embedded within our process as well as our outcomes.
As a former debate club kid, I love that we don’t shy away from tough conversations. We challenge each other and don’t always see eye-to-eye, but it comes from a place of respect and genuinely wanting to drive to better outcomes.
I love working with a team that wants to just get stuff done and continually make forward progress. It never gets old seeing an idea we were kicking around in a meeting get built and put in front of customers in only a week or two.
